3. Products, Pricing & Availability
All products and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or refuse any order. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise noted and exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated.
4. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and are not binding until shipped.
5. Shipping & Fulfillment
- Processing time: Orders typically process in 2–4 business days.
- Domestic shipping: Free standard shipping within the continental U.S. on orders over $150; other rates are calculated at checkout.
- International shipping: We ship to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and customs. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees.
- Risk of loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and size exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Final sale items are not eligible. For instructions, please see our Returns Policy or contact support@etheaathletica.com.
7. Preorders & Backorders
Estimated ship dates for preorders/backorders are not guaranteed and may change. You will be charged at checkout unless otherwise indicated. You may cancel prior to shipment by contacting us.
8. Promotions, Gift Cards & Store Credit
- Promotional offers are limited-time and may not be combined unless stated.
- Gift cards and store credit are nonrefundable and not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
9. Product Information
We make every effort to display products accurately; however, variations in color, texture, or fit may occur due to fabric characteristics and screen settings. Measurements are approximate.
10. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all content, images, designs, trademarks, and logos, are owned by Ethea or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or use our materials without prior written permission.
11. User Content & Reviews
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant Ethea a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Services and our marketing, in any media, with or without attribution, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
12. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: violating laws; infringing intellectual property; transmitting malware or spam; scraping or data-mining; or interfering with site security or functionality.
13. Third-Party Services
Our site may link to third-party websites or use third-party apps (e.g., payments, shipping). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ETHA (ETHEA ATHLETICA), ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ethea harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
18. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
